Leo Lee holds a BSc. in Dietetics with Nutrition from International Medical University (Malaysia). He previously worked with Hewlett Packard as an Account Manager and Market Development Manager where he developed business development and business strategy skills and formed strategic marketing alliances with various industry leaders like Microsoft & Intel.
He then worked with various SMEs and startups to further develop his skills in the area of business development for niche products like Swiss electric appliances, Stadler Form, in Malaysia and Singapore. His diverse work experience also includes loyalty marketing for AirAsia BIG to business development for Vjob, a home grown recruitment company specializing in video recruitment for MNCs and mid-market corporations.
Apart from his excellent work experience, Leo Lee also has great interest in extreme sports and became a PADI Open Water Instructor and Tec diver. His exposure to the international market gave rise to his charismatic personality in dealing with people from all walks of life and inspired him to found Traitquest.com. He aspires to build talent, bringing out the best in a person or a business by helping them connect the right dots. He believes in business collaboration and by working together to achieve more.
Chief User Experience Architect
Jaxton is a Gamification Advocate in Malaysia. He is also the Chief User Experience Architect of TraitQuest - a gamified human resource technology company with the mission to revolutionise the human resource industry with human centred design to drive employee performances and organisational development. He works with many reputable gamification experts in the United States and Europe such as Amy Jo Kim, Yu-Kai Chou, Pete Jenkins, and An Coppens to promote Game Thinking & Gamification in the South East Asia region.
He was recruited by Amy Jo Kim, the founder of Game Thinking Academy (GTA) to be the GTA coach. He is also a GamFed (International Gamification Federation) member and actively promote gamification best practices. He also produce 2 annual national Conferences - Game Thinking Asia & Talent Ecosystem Conference to further promotes innovation in HR & Customer Experience with Game Thinking/Gamification in this region.
Laurence Yap has 20 years of driving corporate learning, human resources and talent management in multiple multinational companies. He has served in Pfizer, PayPal, Western Digital and First Solar in Malaysia and Asia Pacific Region. He has won Global Training and Development Leadership Award from World HR Congress.
He developed, influenced and implemented Lean Enterprise and succeeded to reduce production time from 6.5 days to 4.7 days with lean external experts; designed and delivered seven modules of Leadership Development Programs for Asia Pacific Region; won National Customer Service Award for implementing customer service training, system, process and policies; awarded Global Training & Development Leadership Award 2016-2017, World HR Congress; and achieved many more.
